Josh was born and raised in the Central Valley in a small town called Sanger, California. He discovered and fell in love with Sonoma County when he was recruited to play baseball for Sonoma State University in 2015. He dominated first base at Sonoma State from 2015-2018 and then moved on to play Pro Ball in Napa during the Summer of 2018 & 2019. In 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic devastated California and ended his baseball career.

While attending Sonoma State, Josh earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Education where he also hopes to further his education and obtain his Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on the wine business. He would love to invest in the wine business in the future as well.

The beauty and charming wine country vibe are what led Josh to fall in love with Sonoma County. He loves and appreciates the friendly and laid-back nature of the people who live here. He also enjoys the gorgeous and mild weather that we here compared to the scorching hot summers he experienced while living in the Central Valley.

Josh was drawn to real estate after many of his family-friends back home became involved in it and truly motivated and inspired him. He admires the opportunity in real estate and how far it can take you in life financially and educationally. Josh loves the team culture at Prosper. His baseball career allowed him to truly recognize and value the concept of teamwork and that is what led him to the Prosper Team. He enjoys helping others and is excited about bringing value to the table. His kind nature and attentive listening skills allow Josh to get to know people easily and find out what they desire/need.

In his free time, you can find Josh doing anything and everything outdoors! He enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, you name it! He appreciates the gorgeous North Bay weather and soaking in the various beautiful views we have here in Sonoma County.
