A Southern California native, Adriana chose Sonoma County as the place she wanted to raise her young family. She quickly became inspired by the County’s stunning natural beauty and rich sense of community, and with a background in property management and construction, she sought to gain her real estate license. She immediately began assisting clients, many of whom were first time homebuyers, and she loved the experience of helping young families get their start.
Adriana is extremely organized and exudes the confidence needed when negotiating contracts and managing construction projects. She has a sharp eye, catching the smallest of details, and she has an extraordinary ability to envision the possibilities when evaluating a property whether for it’s for a quick renovation, or dream home development.
Adriana joined Adam Menconi and Prosper Real Estate in 2014 and heads their Property Management department in addition to serving in her role as a full service agent. Her clients appreciate her down-to-earth nature and deep knowledge of the local market, and rely on her to guide them through the home buying and selling process with honesty, intelligence and integrity.
As a bilingual agent at Prosper, Adriana enjoys taking the mystery out of the home buying process for both her English and Spanish speaking clients.
A Sonoma County native, hailing from the chicken capital of Petaluma, Jennifer has held administrative positions in the travel, winemaking and hospitality fields, before she settled back into her first career choice in real estate.
Licensed in 2005, Jennifer joined the Prosper team in 2016, bringing a stellar set of organizational skills and transaction coordination services to the office. At Prosper, she manages day to day operations, preps listings, coordinates calendars, and is the front office Client Concierge assisting with and solving any issues that require special attention.
A die-hard SF Giant’s fan, she enjoys camping with her two energetic boys, and rising early to greet the dawn.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Kim has a deep understanding of our local community and diverse neighborhoods. Kim attended Windsor High School and was a standout soccer player being selected “All-League” all four years. After high school, Kim attended Humboldt State on a soccer scholarship where she was elected Team Captain and earned the distinction of team leading scorer. In addition to soccer, Kim enjoyed reporting the news for the campus radio station while studying both journalism and Public Relations.
Kim currently lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and daughter and is proud to be a Sonoma County home owner. She has helped many real estate clients realize their dream of homeownership and helped others list and sell their homes. Kim is extremely hardworking, conscientious and brings enormous amounts of energy and enthusiasm to her career as a Realtor. Real estate is not just a job for Kim, it’s her passion.
Originally born in Tucson, Arizona, Angela’s family moved to the Bay Area where her Mom pursued her dreams of becoming a successful business woman. Her father was a architect who built artistic designer homes. Growing up on job sites and watching an idea on paper turn into a beautiful dream home, she fell in love with real estate. Wanting to be a successful business woman like her Mom and having a love for real estate like her Father, it was inevitable that this would be her passion.
Angela fell in love with the beauty of Sonoma County and made the move here at the age of nineteen. She knew this would be the place she would want to settle down and start a family. Angela married a Santa Rosa native and they now have three young children.
While working on getting her license and learning all aspects of the business, she put her creativity to work managing our social media and creating marketing content. Now an agent, Angela is able to combine her marking experience and love for real estate to help clients achieve their dreams of home ownership.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Katie fell in love with wine country and all it has to offer. She stays involved with the community, including instructing barre classes at the local gym. She is passionate about helping the community grow and continue to be a great place to live. She has worked in the hospitality field all the way up to starting her career with Prosper. Her organization, drive and experience with customer service give her the tools to assist clients in reaching their goals.
